Polymer Intel provides market intelligence, pricing data, news, and analytics for the Indian polymers market. The Service includes:

• Real-time commodity price tracking and historical data
• Market news and intelligence reports
• Marketplace for buyer-seller connections
• Commercial inventory management tools
• API access for data integration (premium plans)
• Custom reports and analytics

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Polymer Intel offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing:

• Explorer — ₹499/mo: Essential price intelligence and news
• Professional — ₹899/mo: Full terminal, analytics, and research
• Enterprise — ₹1,599/mo: Full platform including marketplace and trade tools

Payment is processed via UPI, cards, or net banking. Subscriptions are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support@polymetintel.com. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

6. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, Polymer Intel makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, content, or information provided through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
