China’s Tianjin Bohua Cuts Acetic Acid Output to Half, Supply Tightens

Tianjin Bohua Yongli has reduced run rates at its acetic acid plant in Lingang, Tianjin to about 40–45% since end-March 2026. The plant has a capacity of 93,000 tons per year. Acetic acid is a key chemical used in plastics, textiles, and adhesives, so lower output could tighten local supply.
